There Is No Reasonable Comparison Between Budgeting For Education Versus Military Arms Defense Expenses : Building For A Better World Through Advanced Sciences Creates Larger Bounties Of Benefiting Than Being The Global Peacekeeper : Both Can Be Accomplished Through Producing Educated Population.

K-12 EDUCATION "PROPOSES HISTORIC INVESTMENTS IN SCHOOLS LOCATED IN HIGH-POVERTY COMMUNITIES To help ensure that every student receives a high-quality education, the Budget provides $20.5 billion for Title I, a $2.2 billion increase above the fiscal year 2023 enacted level. This funding will continue historic progress over the past two years, as Congress has enacted a total increase of $1.9 billion for Title I since fiscal year 2021. Title I delivers critical funding to 90 percent of school districts across the Nation, helping them to provide students in low-income communities the academic opportunities and support they need to succeed. The requested increase addresses chronic funding gaps between schools in high-poverty communities—which disproportionately serve students of color— and their wealthier counterparts and will help schools sustain critical investments in accelerated learning and other areas that were made with American Rescue Plan funds."
