The Customary Civil Covenant In Global Community Affairs Remains That The Individual Is Sovereign Unto Their Self Until Such Time As They Freely Enter Into A Prescribed Transition Declaration That They Relinquish Individual Independent Territorial Authority To A Third Party; That Actor Being Either A Created Community Authority Endorsed Knowingly And Consented To By A Majority Of That Specific Group. Such Transitions Are Prohibited Except Where The Transition Is Declared Through A Script Of Common Language That Has Been Reviewed By The Individual Sovereign Person And All Adult Members Of That Specific Group In Absence Of Threats Against Peaceful Order; And, Not Conducted Through Theft Or Malfeasance.

Therein The Sovereign Individual Enters Life On Earth As An Absolute Monarch; Being The Soul Source Of Law Within That Individual's Territory

The Issue Of Reverse Onus Occurs Where The State Demands The Parents To Register That Birth.

This Error Of Law Is Corrected When The Individual Child Achieves The Age Of Majority; Therein, The Child - Now Adult - Shall Be Entitled To Declare Original Sovereignty; Declaring Occupation Of Entitled Land; Absent Of Threat Of Alien Hostile Military Occupation.

In Furtherance Of Community And Global Peace And Order, There Shall Prevail The Forum Of The Community Just Society; Where The Individual Sovereign May Enter And Be Recognized As A Sovereign; Who Is Considering The Peaceful Options Of Transitioning From Absolute Monarch Into The General Realm Of That Just Community Territory - Which Might Still Be Evolving As A Transitory Forum Of Both Sovereign And Transitioned Parties. This Said Community Just Society Forum (CJSF) Remains A Public Interest Actor; Providing A Safe Harbour For Friendly Dialogue. There Is A Prescribed Printed Format Available To The Visiting Absolute Sovereign Individual Monarch; Which Details The Purpose And Practice Of The Transitory Event From Individual Sovereign With Land Into The CJSF Entity.
